ULTIMATUS 0.4.0 Released

There is now a pause function in the game! Press the Escape key or the Start button on the controller to use it.

I forgot to add a picture showing that into the game, and at this point I'll be focusing on refactoring over new patches unless there's something extreme and game-breaking to fix.

Also an issue with the restart functions got fixed.
